Foreboding Skies
A short dark poem

" Foreboding Skies "

Beneath the dark foreboding skies
the night, it seems has many eyes.

And in the frosted, barren trees
they watch and wait for hearts to seize.

For when the list of souls are few,
they'll haunt the night in search of you.

Then in the dark their hunger fed
you've joined the ranks of midnight's dead.
