A tree so big and huge and bright,
Decorated with tinsel, baubles, lights, Brings a family together at Christmas, Mum and dad, small boy and lass. They sit before the glorious tree, A cosy sight, it's lovely to see, Sharing presents, happy, laughing, Surrounded by hoards of colourful wrapping. All glad to see Santa got their list, And none of the presents has been missed, After presents it's time to remember, The reason for the holiday in December, A boy was born in a stable, Who grew into a man who was able, To be a saviour to his people, Who would for generations worship in steeple. The kids give thanks to Santa Claus, As they head to bed and close the door, Another Christmas over for a year, As the jolly red man takes to the air.
