Where to now and blame confused circumstance
This painting on the ceiling thinking of Di Vinci Christ with his disciples at the last supper Forsaking Judas a traitor in the corner Peeping hiding away ashamed Those stolen coins hidden - Van Gogh eyes so blue His canvas of colored hues Sold in the world of tomorrow Painted confused within his mind Too brilliant I cannot sell them for a meal My brother trying to heal me from this suicide - Beethoven his music so soothing at his grave To wake in madness ears too deaf to hear A beat within a brain lying on the floor His head banging the new score Confused will he ever hear it A pen broken in his hand - New virtuosos on piano Robert and Clara Schumann Clara baring her seven children Robert in the river Rhine drowning Fishermen on the shores that save him Dying in the asylum confused circumstance - God on high with mercy for the unbeliever Mary the mother singing her holy songs Hymns of beautiful healing melodies For Jesus to heal a broken heart Born anew for all mankind A perfect circumstance -
