Believing
On a very special night in the northern sky, a bright star shines; to guide a unique being, through the night. “It came from the North Pole”. The sleigh he flies. They say he is jolly he dresses in red and he is round. He has a bag with toys in it for all the good little boys and girls. You say you do not believe let me tell you a story. Long ago in an era before our time, a baby was born. This baby was very special said he would be a very good man. Some believed some did not. Some wanted to hurt him. He was no threat to them he was a baby. The baby grew up and did become the great man. He made miracles happen, though still some did not believe. The unique being goes from house to house leaving gifts for the children. Sometimes the children do not believe and pretend to be asleep. However, he knows he always knows. Once there was this little boy, a very sick one and he want one gift that his mom knew she could not get him. Money was not an issue. He wanted his dad who was fighting in the war. She called everyone she could but there was no way he could get leave. He would not be home for Christmas. When that little woke up Christmas morning, his daddy was sitting on his bed. He jumped into his arms. “Daddy you are home”. “Did Santa bring you?” “Son sometimes you just have to believe”. There is a lesson here for all whatever you believe do really believe. If your hope is lost so are your dreams. You have nothing to believe. Miracles happen if you believe. Word Count 298.
