Persian:  Mubaarak baad maah e roazadaaraan
              Badaan mastifiza e hoashiaaraan
Urdu:      Mubaarak baad maah e roazadaaraan
              Keh hay mastifiza e houshiaaraan

English:=== The month of fasting can also be gay
                  If you drink all night and doze all day
                                        -
Persian:  Madeh aey mohtasib tashweesh e chashmash
              Keh dar khaab e khush and aan purkhumaaraan
Urdu:      Na ker tashweesh e deedaha e jaanaan
              Keh haen dar khaab e khush wo purkhumaaraan

English:=== For when she's fasting, her sleepy eyes
                  Even the pious, they can hypnotize
                                        -

Persian:  Ba girya baish meesoazaem baa aank
              Nageerad heema aatish zaer e baaraan
Urdu:      Jalaata hay mujhay girya agercheh
              Na jal sakta hay kuchh bhee zaer e baaraan

                  It can relieve you of a lot of pain

Persian:  Rukhat dar chashm e mushtaaqaan chunaanast
              Keh sharbat dar dahaan e roazadaaraan
Urdu:      Mujhay hay lab tera sheereen jaisay
              Ho sherbat dar dahaan e roazadaaraan

Persian:  Khurad khoon e mun aan kaafir hama roaz
              Gawaara baad mai bar baadakhaaraan
Urdu:      Wo peeta khoon e dil kaafirada hay
              Haen peetay jis terheh mai baadakhaaraan
