It is important to understand change to survive in this world.

The beginning of change is often not planned for
So expect :
Disappointments
Struggles
Conflicts

Think about the way forward...
Plan to overcome disappointments
Never stop as one defeated when you struggle
"Put had to mouth" when faced with conflicts

Rise again'
Exhale again
Climb that hill with all its CURVES again
Believe in better.

The beginning of change has to change if YOU make it.
