Have you ever had a friend
Who you’d like to hold real close And tell them you understand About their pain and woes Sometimes it’s not enough To only say “I care” Or to let your heart go And your fragile soul to bear. It makes it even harder When this friend you’ve never met And not being there to hug them Brings only sad regret But that is what I’m facing When I know that she is sad And nothing I can do Can give her what she had. The love you felt will linger Her memory never gone But I will pray for comfort For my friend “COUNTRY MOM”
