If I could
I'd be the cloak of comfort
you drape around weary shoulders.

If I could
I'd be the warm, gentle rain
that washes away your tears of heartache.

If I could
I'd be the rays of sunshine
that warm your saddened face.

If I could
I'd be your port of refuge,
a place of solace within your heart.

If I could
I'd be the calm to your storm,
your rainbow of hope (unconditionally).

In my heart
