Cinquain on how I feel during a snowfall/ winter storm.
Winter Storm

Darkness;
Shades of grey
penetrating my soul,
my inner muse roused by shadows of
sunlight.

Form: CInquain; 2-4-6-8-2; noun - description - action - feeling or effect - synonym of intial noun.
Note: Perhaps it's not the most inspiring thing or easy to 'get', but I truly believe that the sun on the snow quite often becomes the shadows on the glorious days of seeing snow outside of my window! Smile Think about it, when it's sunny, the shadows are dark, so when the skies are darker, shouldn't shadows be the lighter bits? Wink
