A Strange Day at Sea
The sea was glass without a ripple one There was no horizon, all directions none Blue all around, no sky, no water, no earth, no sun With the haze up thick none could be found No up, no down, no wind no sound If it were not for the deck beneath my feet I would surely float away like the waves from the heat.
