Drama Is Queen
Dealing with family member who has difficulty with the reality of truth.

                              Drama is the Queen

Often half- truths,
      Some partial truths,
                Rarely full truth.
It was the best.
        It is the worst.
                Is never just.
Accentuate.
        Exaggerate.
                Intensify.
Morsels of truth,
        Await expansion,
                Enhancement.
Truth’s light hidden,
        Obscured by rock
                Of insecurity.
Short legs of lies
          Playing catch-up
                With what is real.
Listening stops.
          No longer heard.
                Word distrusted.
