Blasphemy

Crooked tongues wagging to hear themselves talk
Talking heads spewing venom as they walk
Mindless fools making judgments each day
There’s no black and white, everything’s grey

Money will be the root of upheaval
Greed and hoarders are much of the evil
People are paid to spin what others say
If you’ve got enough money, on top you will stay

Evolution, revolution, absolution in that order
This can’t be Earth, it must be Mordor
It may be time for the human species to fail
Earth would be better off, if the cockroaches prevail

The Dark Side is winning this unholy fight
If right is wrong and wrong is right
Then where shall we go to hide from their might
The towers will crumble, disappearing from sight

We must seek a better way out of this trap
We’re already in quicksand made up of crap
I saw Jesus yesterday and He said to me
Hold on to your ass, there’s about to be
A change in this world, the end of technology
