Morning
the sun peeks through gray clouds hiding blue sky transforms clouds into scarlet fire at dawn. Birds sing greet the new day with joyful gratitude and scattering the depression of night. Hopeful citizens wake to another merry weekend creating memories of fun. Early on Saturday an overcrowded beach suburban residence relax picnic. Sunday on the way home they stop to eat hot cakes wait for the traffic to thin out a bit. Line count: 25 Form: A Cinq-cinquain (Crown Cinquain) is composed of five stanzas. Each stanza follows the structure of the 5-line Cinquain. The syllable structure of the Cinquain is 2/4/6/8/2 and is unrhymed.
