Love is Here to Stay!

In a world of dark despair,
With panic spreading everywhere,
We cannot always see love’s light,
In the darkness of fear’s night.

When doubt and terror overtake,
Tempting our lonely hearts to break,
We must take hold of love’s sword,
March into battle against hatred’s horde.

If we faith to stand our ground,
Hate’s battalions will be bound,
We can shout on that joyous day:
“Love is here to stay!”
