They say the only way to get smarter is to play a smarter opponent?

I believe, the only way to get smarter is to read the other opponents books/writings. This alone would push me to go further with life, at the grim ol' age of twenty five years old, (chuckle) i have seen death, tragedy and horror on my own door step. I grew up 2.4 family.. now at my ripe age a have a mother who is clinically insane.. i want no sorrow but through this amazing writing website i can express myself as such. My step father is dying of cancer(just as my father did when i was twelve years old. I do not know what to do. except write. this is the only thing that keeps me sane for just now...but if anyone reads this.........please keep an eye on my account activity? i am a lost sheep, in need of a Shepard that will never be there. I am a reckless clown, although, i look down to my fellow peoples as i know that i must be greater than them? this sounds so full of myself, it's unbelievable, but when you live in a small British town, you will understand! we love curries, we love alcohol and we love to fight, Excuse my language, but fu*k that.
I am not feeble, i am not weak, i am just lost............. help?
