Phase I
You're anxious and overly excited. You feel like jumping up and down. You're filled with energy and can't seem to stay still. Then your anxiety starts to settle down. Your anxiety has decided to fade away and you can feel the change coming. Phase II Your body is getting tired and you don't feel like moving. You're starting to shut down. Your mind is starting to go and your body now refuses to move. You're feeling sad and worthless and don't want to get out of bed. Your eyes are watering up and you can't hold back your tears. You're filled with hopelessness and depression. Phase III You've tried to find joy in the activities that you used to love but have failed. You're feeling miserable and worthless. The feeling is familiar to you. The pain and sadness is getting to be unbearable and the tears you've been fighting are flowing out. Suicide has crossed your mind. You don't have a plan but you're thinking will anyone miss me? Phase IV You're suddenly stricken with unexplainable happiness. Your body feels normal and you can finally get out of bed. You can think clearly about your future now. A smile appears on your face and your tears have dried up. Happiness and joy have found you.
