I know I am a woman
I live a spiritual life What I am can't be taken away I am a black girl And I follow the Goddess path In my dreams I do not sing R&B Goals are not set by my race In a quiet park, I'm at peace All I need is sunlight And the one I love Surrounded by the noise of insects My voice without words I am a spiritual black woman I may not shout, but a whisper is louder
