Prompt 3: Write a Trimeric Poem. 4 stanza. lst stanza: 4 lines; then 3 lines each stanza. No syllabic structure or rhyme.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lines of the first stanza are refrains that appear in the first lines of stanza 2,3 and 4.

"Night-stalker"

Don’t cry, now;
She has sung her song.
Save your tears,
for the night grows long.

She has sung her song;
escaped to heaven,
she has outrun death.

Save your tears;
run from monsters of self-pity.
Leave that terror behind.

For the night grows long;
the beast of remembrance prowls.
Then, you will cry.
