Taste Defeat
A fool forgets love for desire, a bitter, tasteless end.

Taste defeat, oh vain beloved, a shadow deep within,
Forged by fires of prior love, deceitful consequence,
Terrible provisions: a nice warm home, a clean kitchen,
All the details, I once dreamed, to have in my possession,
Your lovely face and bright white smile, a dirty manikin,
Shameful I fell in love with you, a girl now has my interest.

Seize the papers, conquered soul; mask your burning chest,
Insanity and Selfishness mark me like the rest.
