Words Cut Deep
An Etheree poem about what gets said when tempers flare.

Cut deep,
When tempers
Thoughtlessly speak.
Outrage takes over.
Repressed anger erupts,
As clenched lips spew resentments.
Uncensored emotions escape,
And nasty behaviors escalate.
For now, it’s too late, to censor the hate.
