The Four Noble Truths as i have heard
by Taita Rollin Gamboa

1. The truth of suffering (dukkha)

2. The Truth of the Cause of Suffering

3. The Truth of the Cessation of Suffering

4. The Truth of the Path That free`s us(8th fold path)

The Truth of suffering

The First Noble Truth we know to be the actual cause of suffering, unfortunately every persons suffering can be quite different and come in a wheel barrel, dump truck, or cargo ship. just like any other disease doctors must first learn of it through intense research and investigation. so in order to combat it one must know what it is dealing with as certain cancers must be attacked with radiation or chemo and diabetes with diet , suffering must be completely understood.

The Truth of the Cause of Suffering

The Second noble Truth must be understood as a complete attachment or clinging to things, either physical or mental it doesnt matter. once we attach ourselves to drugs, people, places and money and those things become to expensive, die, get destroyed or value drops then all hell ( dukkha-suffering) sets in like a ravaging fire.

The Truth of the cessation of Suffering

the Third Noble Truth simply put is an elimination to that same old axe that keeps cutting us, or hurting our backs upon lifting it over and over again! to remove these things that agravate our entire being is not a guarantee that the thoughts or conditions we experience or encompass wont come and go with us us, but the realization that when an arising thought ,feeling occurs we are left in complete control to make that thought simply a thought or simply not a thought, a feeling simply a feeling or simply not a feeling, an emotion simply an emotion or simply not an emotion , and this will most certainly with proper stillness make it all flow like genuinely just like water flows down a river or stream, unfortuantely the human mind even as a child is taught to oppose all conditions that it doesnt recognise as self fulfulling , so it tries to accomplish what it doesnt understand and ultimately makes water flow up stream and we have all come to know that quite personally as a very difficult way of life. most people react to anything that is against its sole purpose of Me,Myself and I ,a sort of self fullfilling grandiose way fo life. Thus cessation of the suffering or extermination has been performed for that very moment.

The truth of the path that frees us from suffering (8 fold path)

Buddha wrote us a prescription and anticipated us to follow it in respect to understanding our illness: The Eightfold Path. which entitles us to live a life free of all attachments, not that we wont feel pain, discomfort or suffer in any way when breakups, bills and people strike us but that we would be at peace in any arena in life

The 8 fold path

1.Right View

2.Right Intention

3.Right Speech

4.Right Action

5.Right Livelihood

6.Right Effort

7.Right Mindfulness

8.Right Concentration

breath before last-gone! breath after current breath-not. current breath- wasted on before and after breaths!
