Remember your manners and that you are a human, not a dog; stand up to whatever you believe in; think for yourself; don’t believe beauty product commercials, it’s Photoshop; don’t change who you are in front of different people, if they really like you and want to be your friend, you shouldn’t have to change yourself; do things out of your comfort zone; try not to get in trouble, as hard as it may seem; do what you want, as long as it doesn’t hurt you; say what you feel and think, it pays off in the long run; try not to regret things you did, it happened for a reason; keep in touch with your old friends, just because you make new friends, doesn’t mean you should ever forget about your old ones; and don’t get pregnant for whatever reason, because a baby won’t make him stay, it will just make him want to leave; you’re good enough, trust me, maybe you haven’t found what your “thing” is yet; no I’m not, that’s what everyone else says; don’t listen to them, they don’t know what they’re talking about; this is how to be happy; this is how to be confident; it’s hard to be happy sometimes, but just smile; smiling puts you in a better mood, just because of the fact that you’re just thinking about being happy; have dreams, then after you have those dreams, make them become a reality; never settle for second best; if someone is disrespecting you, they obviously don’t deserve to be an important part of your life; have an open mind, people are different but it doesn’t mean you should just exclude them; you’re smart, just apply yourself; care about your grades, but don’t stress out too much; you’re too young to stress out over every little thing; having a boyfriend isn’t everything in life, more meaningful and exciting things will happen, just be patient; have patience in everything that you do; don’t put too much makeup on, you might look better without it; leave your hair natural sometimes, it keeps it healthy and gives you a chance to accept yourself; keep your friends close and let them vent to you; listen to everyone, then give your opinion; give everyone a chance, a lot of people have rough exteriors but are really nice people; trust your instinct; you don’t think something is right? trust what you think and leave or do something that would make yourself comfortable; don’t do anything you’re not ready for; smile at random people, you’ll never know whose day you’ll make; everyone is beautiful; it doesn’t matter whether your fat, skinny, dark, or light; everyone is beautiful but not everyone realizes it; keep your head high and don’t let anyone knock you down; remember this: never skip any meals, it’s not worth it; it won’t make you pretty, and you don’t need it because you are already beautiful; remember that you are not the only one going through these weird stages we call the teenage years; everyone goes through it, but it’s how you get over it is what makes it special; remember this: when you’re older, you’re going to remember these years; you will possibly remember this advice; tell random people they’re beautiful; be there for people when they need it; go ahead and think this won’t help you, maybe it won’t; but when these stages are over and you know better, tell me this didn’t help.
