'RING, RING! RING, RING!' Eve’s cell phone went off by her bed, she had been sick for the last two days, "Hmmm. Hello?" she mumbled as she picked up the phone.
"Eve?" Mr. Gold’s now shaky voice shot through the line waking her up immediately. ‘he never calls unless there's an emergency.' she thought her heart skipping at least five beats. "Yes, Shamus, what is it?" she asked, “are you ok?" she had heard that he had been robbed, had the thief returned for more? Had he been hurt?
"I'm fine," he replied, “I’m sorry that I woke you up, I know that you're sick..."
"Stiltskin,"she said, eve called him by his real name whenever he started to ramble, “you’re hiding something, what happened has there been another robbery?"
"No it -ah- appears I've been" He cut off his statement with a nervous chuckle.
"Don't you dare say the word arrested." she replied getting out of bed and pulling on some clothes, “and what's more don't say anything to anybody until I get down there. Can you stay on the line?" Evelyn McGinnis was not just Mr. Gold's best friend, she was also his lawyer, "Sorry Eve," He said sounding an awful lot like a scared child, “but I can't pull that stunt this time."
"Shamus Gold, you don't dare hang..."
'Click!'
"up." she muttered as she got into her car and raced for the sheriff's office, Rumplestiltskin wasn't the only one who remembered his past life...

Tamera Farseer was the only daughter of the Elfin king Demetrius, and the late queen Lor. To everyone who saw her she appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary elfin girl, albeit an extremely beautiful elfin girl but ordinary all the same. What no one knew however was that this girl who was just under one hundred years of age had a horrible curse, she was the only elfin woman that possessed magic. It was against every law in her land for a woman to possess magic, that was a man’s domain, as was everything else, but she had it none the less. And with her hundredth birthday fast approaching, Tamera wished, willed, wanted it gone, and all because she was betrothed to marry.
And she knew one man who just might be able to make her magic go away, Rumplestiltskin.
one night at midnight on the week before her hundredth birthday, Tamera rode to a secluded spot in the woods,"i know that you can hear me," she said into the darkness as she shivered with cold and fear,"i wish to make a deal, though I have nothing which i can give you."
"then It's not much of a deal is it dearie?" an eerie Irish voice followed by a high pitched cackle said. Her horse was frightened, it reared throwing her off, and then it bolted. Tamera braced for impact but soon became aware that she was not falling, "Dearie are you alright?" Rumplestiltskin asked as ran up and lowered her down.
"yes I'm fine thank you." she replied
"I'm so sorry," he said his voice shaking, “I had no idea that-"
"it's alright, that steed was always flighty I don't know what made me pick him in the first place." she answered

Eve arrived right as Mayor Mills and her little boy Henry were walking up. "Mayor Mills," Eve said as she walked by, “that purse is looking rather heavy do you mind if i carry it in for you?" Henry hid the grin that was threatening to come on to his face, as his mother replied with a small smile, "why no I don't mind thank you."
'Thank God that the woman is used to having everything done for her.' Eve thought. As Mr. Gold's lawyer she couldn't blatantly dole out justice herself, she could however trick people into confessing. The three walked in, "Sheriff Swann," Regina said, “I’m letting you have thirty minutes with Henry, go take him out for Ice cream."
"You want me to leave you alone with the prisoner?"
"Twenty-nine minuets fifty-nine seconds."
Emma was just about to leave with Henry, when Eve piped up, "Ah, if I may beg temporary pause in your time with Henry Ms. Swann."
"Um,sure yeah,why?"
"first of all I'm posting Mr. Gold’s bail," Eve replied, "and second of all I'd like to give the other half of this account, the part which my client has very annoyingly-ah-forgotten to mention, and the other part which I’m willing to bet he doesn't know." Mr. Gold perked up, "Oh, yeah Shamus, I know something that you were here to for oblivious to." She replied, turning back to Emma, "it was two days ago, I had to go into town to get some cold medication, my car was out so I walked. And on a whim I took my video camera, I do a bit of a vid journal; I saw Mr. Gold's altercation with Moe French, and also saw his conversation with Madam Mayor here. But my dear, here's what no one else saw except myself, and anyone else who might have cared to pay attention." she pulled out her camera and began to play the tape, "Mr. French," Regina said upon walking up to the unfortunate flower merchant, “I see you have just lost quite a bit of money."
"if he would have given me a chance to pay..." he started.
"How would you like a chance to get back at him?"
"What would I have to do?" Moe asked
"Just go to his house and bring me something." Regina replied
"what?"
"A chipped tea cup, but be sure to take other things to make it look proper."
Eve held up the tea cup in a gloved hand, “I thought your purse was heavy." she replied

"Now then dearie what was this deal?" he asked
"I have a curse." she replied
"I see, well all curses can be broken," Stiltskin answered, “tell me have you tried true loves kiss?"
"true love," Tamera scoffed," it may exist for some but i don't think that it does for me." Rumplestiltskin inclined his head meaningfully towards her, "I'll say this about that," He replied seriously, “If I, a man turned hideous monster, can find true love, although I lost her, but not it. A beautiful young lass, such as yourself can find true love without even trying."
"Did you true love possess magic?"
"Magic?"
"Yes," she replied, "crazy, unholy, unlawful, untamable magic." It was then that rumplestiltskin understood, she was an elf of high and noble birth, worse yet she was woman. "And what you desire of me is for me to take your magic away?" he asked for once truly astounded. "yes, that is all I desire." she replied sounding like a frightened child, 'like baelfire.' he thought with a pang of loss and guilt."If i am found with magic, I will die," Tamera continued shaking, "please I'll think of something to give you just make my magic go away .i-i-i don't want to die."
"I can't." he replied quietly, he rose to leave.
"Please!" She sobbed clutching to his arm, "If I return with magic and am discovered at the least I will be exiled, at the worst I will be killed. Help me!"
Stiltskin relented and knelt back down ,"Dearie, I can't remove natural born magic," he said, "It's simply not possible."
"So what can I do?" she asked quietly, "what mount do you suggest I throw myself off of?" His eyes harden, as his thoughts turned to Belle whom Regina had told him had done nearly the same thing. "You listen here, dearie," he said in an eerily low tone, "I can help you control your magic I can even help you escape your arranged marriage, but I never want to hear you speak in such a manner again. That is my deal."
She looked over at the man that had just laid down the terms of his deal; she had to admit the thought of learning how to control her magic was more than appealing.
'A chance to learn what no woman in my land knows?' she thought.
"Deal," She said before she could stop herself, "what do we do?"

Regina was livid, her usually pale face was red with rage, Evelyn, however, was as cool and composed as ever."Miss McGinnis," The mayor seethed, "if you think that your word and a bit of video is enough to convict me then you are gravely mistaken."
"Ah, well you see Madam Mayor," Eve replied with a cool tone, "It's not just my word agin yours it's also my client’s word, not to mention Mr. French. Whom I am sure will collaborate this story after I not only show him the tape but also explain to him that you my dear lady intended to put this off on him, and make him look the both the fool and the villain. And then there is the interesting matter of Mr. Gold's personal possession in your purse and with your fingerprints all over it. So that's quite a bit to go off of when you think about it, and not to mention just enough to put you away." Gold who had been watching all of this with marked wonder, turned to Emma, who was in fact in the process of dusting for fingerprints. "Uh-huh, well then I'm seeing two sets of prints," She said, "one of which matches Mr. gold, hardly surprising, and the other set is-heh-Regina are you ever in trouble."
"Can I please have my tea cup back?" Mr. Gold asked, much like a bewildered child. Emma sympathized with Mr. Gold; she knew what it was like to lose something she loved. "I'll do you one better," She said, "Mayor Mills you're under arrest for aiding and abetting a criminal, Miss McGinnis, as soon as you can get the money Mr. Gold can go." Eve smiled, Henry was close to laughing, "Well then, Sheriff Swann, how convenient that, I keep a rather large fund for these occasions." Mr. Gold’s lawyer replied, as she wrote a check. Emma rolled her eyes as she unlocked the cell door "I don't even want to know how often that happens." was all she said.
"Surprisingly this is the first time." Mr. Gold replied with a small grin, as he gratefully and gingerly accepted the tea cup.
"Right then," Eve said, "Let's go get something to eat, Chicken chow mien?"
"That sounds wonderful, “he replied, as the pair walked out, "but you're not cooking."
"Oy! I set the kitchen ablaze one time, and somebody doesn't let me forget it."Eve laughed as she playfully pushed Mr. Gold. He laughed as well, "I honestly don't know how I can thank you." Gold said finally.
"Well, for starters," Eve said, "you can never ever, ever do that again until the curse is broken, the second thing you can do is go to the hospital and apologize to Mr. French." She fixed him with a cool stare, and she continued, "That’s my deal." Mr. Gold looked at her, this young woman ,who was visibly sick, had just helped him out of a tight spot, "it's the least I can do," he replied quietly feeling undeniably humbled, "deal."

"Well, you," he started off, "will return home for the time being and act as if nothing is wrong. I on the other hand will arrive on your hundredth birthday, and spirit you away from your groom to be." Tamera nodded, she knew that she would be, at the least, banished for conducting this deal with Rumplestiltskin, and at the worst she would be killed. 'but then,' she thought, 'I am a dead woman walking any way.'
"very well," she said aloud finally, "but it may take awhile, as my horse was scared off, and i can't make myself disappear and reappear as you do." Rumplestiltskin nodded, although he hadn't quite anticipated this turn of events, 'still she has to begin learning somewhere.' he thought.
"That’s the simplest thing in the world," he replied with a small smile, "just think of home, use all of your magic and your concentration to picture where you want to be, and you'll be there." She was frightened, fort this was first time she had ever tried to use her magic, instead of it coming out in unexpected ways, Tamera looked at Rumplestiltskin, and he smiled almost encouragingly. She took a deep breath, and then focused her magic on going home...
Tamera awoke in her bed the next morning, and for a moment she wondered if her secret meeting in the woods had even happened last night. 'did I dream it all?' she asked herself, as she pulled on a simple white wool dress, that done she began to
brush her hair. The servants were all a flutter about something, that she could tell just by looking out her window, "The lady's horse is missing..." she heard one say
"did you see him? He looked positively wild..."another said
"still he seemed harmless enough; I suppose I mean he helped the lady..."
'My horse is missing?' she thought, 'surely that 'he' they spoke of couldn't have been...' Tamera turned swiftly as if expecting Rumplestiltskin to be standing there close to laughter, but all she saw was a small note tucked under her pillow. Curious she read note:
Well done dearie,
no doubt by now you've begun to wonder if last night happened, it did just so you know.
And unless word hasn't spread through your servants yet I will tell you that I followed you
to make sure you arrived home safely. You collapsed outside of the gate; I was concerned
that your servants would know what to do, so I helped you, no charge.
Well done once more,
Rumplestiltskin

"When we get to my house i want you to go lie down, "Mr. Gold said as the two ambled up the street to his neighborhood, "Like I said I'll handle dinner." Eve gave him one of her easy smiles and quiet laughs, her placid grey eyes sparkling as she replied, "alright, but holler if you need me. I'm sick but not quite at deaths door yet." Mr. Gold smiled a genuine, content smile, there was something to be said for Evelyn McGinnis, she could get anyone even tight lipped, crotchety, and frankly rather ornery Mr. Gold to smile and be in a good mood. After they arrived at his house Eve lay down on the couch in the living room, and fell asleep almost immediately. Mr. Gold watched her sleep, a small half smile on his face, after putting Belle's tea cup back where it belonged; he took a thick, warm blanket and covered Eve up."I'll wake you when dinner's ready." he whispered.
He was half way through making dinner, when there came a knock at the door; he looked at the clock to find that it was nearly five o' clock. 'I wonder who this could be.' he thought as he went to the door, Eve had been woken up by the knocking, "go back to sleep dearie," he said, "I'll get it."
"You sure?"
"positive my young busy body." He replied as he reached the door. He was quite surprised to find that it was Miss Mary Margret Blancher, "Miss Blancher," Mr. Gold said rather uncertainly, "is there something I can do for you?"
"Well actually yes," she replied, "I'm here to see if Eve’s ok, I had heard that she was sick, and I'm also here because I wanted to see if you’re all right. I mean I heard about what happened over the last few days." Gold's face turned a faint red, not that he cared what people thought about him, he had always reasoned, but the prison thing was a little more than embarrassing."Eve's asleep right now, "he replied finally, "aside from a small fever she's doing well, and as for me, I'm all right things were just a little crazy for a while." Mary Margret looked at Mr. Gold with a sympathetic eye, deep down she had always kind of pitied him, because he always seemed so alone. “Well, I should be going,” she said at last, “but feel free to call or stop by if you need anything, or if you just want to talk.” Mr. Gold smiled, cursed though she was; Mary Margret was still Snow White through and through always willing to help anyone. “Thank you,” He said finally," I'll be sure to."

Tamera emerged from her chambers, much refreshed; she could count on the confidence of the servants to keep Stiltskin’s interference a secret. “Mistress.” A young serving girl said
“Yes?”
“Your father has sent for you, Highness, he said that he wishes to bestow one of his birthday gifts early.” The girl replied. Tamera hesitated what if her father was presenting her to her betrothed early? What if she was married before her Hundredth year? She shook her head as she walked down the hall quietly, fate had separated her father and mother many, many years before, back when she had still been but a mere child of fifty. As such her father was in no hurry to marry her off to anyone.
Having thus alleviated her fears of an early marriage, she strode confidently into the throne room, only to stop short her breath caught in her chest. For there, sitting on her mother’s throne, was Regina. “Ah, my dearest,” Her father said approaching her and not catching her apparent distress, “I have summoned you here to meet my wife to be.”
“Father!” She cried, “you are a man of nearly nine hundred years old, she can’t be more than thirty.”
“Twenty.” Regina replied with a bit of a challenge in her voice. Tamera held herself remarkably well considering the circumstances, “So I am to understand that this is an early birthday present?” she asked quietly. “It is, my dearest Tamera, you have been to long without a mother to steer in the right direction.” Her father replied with the utmost cordiality.
“And I am to wish you happiness?”
“I should hope you will.”
“I will not.” she replied with stunning finality
Regina’s eyes flashed cruelly as if promising some unspoken punishment if Tamera did not wish them well. “Dearest,” Her father said shocked, “when I made this match I thought only of you.”
“Indeed? Or were you thinking of a way to root out the loneliness which has engulfed you since mother died? And madam, and I use that term loosely, if you would do not glare in such a manner, as it does not become you and I am not cowed by you in the least. I wrote the book on threatening people and I will not have someone almost seventy years my younger trying to be my mother.” In all of her writings and storytelling's, Tamera never could have imagined a more horrible look than the expression Regina now bore, nor could she have imagined the horrid string of events that were to follow.

A few days after Eve posted Mr. Gold's bail Evelyn was back up on her feet, Mr. Gold made sure of that. He hardly left her side until he knew that she was all right, and even then he was rather reluctant to, but on Monday she was back and ready to handle anything. This at the moment meant going with Mr. Gold to make sure he made good on her deal, and that Mr. French didn’t start anything which at the moment he was in no position to finish. As she waited outside the room she listened to the conversation, "What are you doing here, Gold?" Mr. French asked with a trace of fear in his voice
'I don't have to worry about him smarting off at least.' Eve thought
"I came to ap-ap-"
"Apologize." she called into the room rolling her eyes, Mr. Gold was a proud man, so apologizing wasn't gonna come easy, but seriously she knew the man didn’t have a problem saying the word, usually.
"Yeah, that."
"You came to apologize to me?" Mr. French asked with a trace of wonder and disbelief in his voice.
"Yes," Mr. Gold answered, "I truly regret my actions, on the day you robbed from me for Regina; I had a lot on my mind."
"The anniversary." Mr. French interjected with a hint of forlornement.
Mr. Gold nodded before finding his voice enough to continue, "I know that you miss Skylar more than I ever could, but please believe me when I say I loved and still love your daughter, and that I also know the pain of losing a child." Mr. French was silent for a moment, Eve understood both sides , Mr. French was a man who had wanted to protect his child, Mr. Gold was the man who had fallen in love with Mr. French's child, but they shared two things their love for Skylar and their grief that she was gone.
Finally Mr. French spoke again, "I forgive you, Gold. You acted like any man would have -eh- well almost any man. Your lawyer stopped by earlier and explained my criminal situation to me, if I take the stand against Regina and tell everyone that she told me to break into your home, Miss McGinnis said she could get me off." Mr. Gold let out a quiet laugh, so quiet that Eve hardly heard it, “she does make good on her deals doesn't she?" he replied
"That she does," Mr. French shot back. "but there is one other thing that i intend to make clear to the public, and I feel that you should be the first to know as you will be the one who will be the most affected." By this time Eve had stepped into the room, she was curious about this as well, although she was fairly certain that she knew the secret which was about to be disclosed, concerned about eavesdroppers Eve closed the door.

'If Regina thinks she can take my country from me so easily then she's dumber than most mortal girls her age.' Tamera thought as she skulked through the woods, for the last few days there had been two things that the servants were running themselves ragged for, Tamera's birthday and Regina and Demetrius' wedding. It was the talk of the country, her father's wedding was; the young girls thought Regina was beautiful and the older men and women thought that Demetrius was making a mistake marrying a mortal, and to a certain extent she agreed with the older elves she didn't think marrying a mortal was foolish; no, Tamera just thought that marrying this particular mortal was foolish. Every noble was intending to be there except for Tamera, who intended to not be at the wedding or for that matter anywhere near her own country. Ever since that fateful night she had slipped off into woods where she had met him, and had begun to practice her magic. So far she could conjure an apple, and turn said apple into a rose, but today as she entered the glade she was going to try something a little more powerful, she was going to pay a visit to Regina's home. She closed her eyes and cast her memory back to that night,' use all of your magic and your concentration to picture where you want to be, and you'll be there.' he had said. 'Right.' she thought. She felt her magic coursing through her body, pulsing through her veins in an almost musical way, she felt herself grow light, and then heavy. Tamera felt her feet touch the ground, she opened her eyes and saw what she could only hope was Regina's keep, 'time to see what secrets haunt my dear father's love.' she thought with a grin. Gaining entry was easy enough to do, she been wearing one of her servant's gowns and had packed a cloak in case some got a little too curious. Words would hardly ever be able to describe what she found in Regina's castle, but the greatest secret was what Regina had hidden under the castle or rather who. Tamera had filled at least three scrolls with all of Regina's secrets; when she came to a corridor that looked like it was ill repair, she was just about to pass it by when she heard a scream. Worried that someone was in some horrible danger, even if it was one of Regina's servants Tamera ran down the dilapidated corridor, and found a whole level of hidden prison cells. Most of the cells were empty, but Tamera hardly knew whether that meant that Regina never used this level or that she had 'emptied' it save one lone prisoner. Whom Tamera saw now in the very last cell, a young woman of undeniable beauty, but weak and listless, "Ma'hantan have mercy!' she breathed as she saw the girl. She had known Regina could be cruel but this even surpassed her expectations, Tamera heard voices, she forced herself to look at the girl again, "I'll come back for you." she promised the young prisoner as tears began to knot up her throat. And in a blink Tamera was gone.

*Heart* *Heart* *Heart*

“Skylar is still alive,” Mr. French said quietly, “I didn’t have a choice if I hadn’t placed her in the mental ward Regina would have ruined me.” Eve looked at Mr. Gold she was hardly sure of how he was taking this, but if the look in his eyes was any indicator he was either going to yell at the top of his lungs from either joy or sorrow, or he was going to cry. ‘When Regina said she had found a weakness in Rumplestiltskin she wasn’t kidding,’ Eve thought, ‘but then neither was I when I said that he wasn’t to be trifled with, and neither was I.’
“Mr. Gold,” Eve said quietly, “we should go, after all we’re technically not supposed to be here, I took the chance that Emma would humor me.”
“And she has I’ll fancy.” Mr. Gold replied as they exited the room
“Aye, she did Regina wouldn’t, duck in here.” Eve responded as she pulled her friend into the waiting room, not even two minutes later Regina came striding into Mr. French’s room.
‘Sydney must have posted her bail.’ Eve thought with a trace of disgust, ‘but no matter, this is check mate.’ Eve motioned for Mr. Gold to stay where he was and Eve went up to the door, “What did you tell them?” Regina asked Mr. French venomously
“Tell who?” He asked back, “you’ve been my first visitor all day.” Eve closed her eyes, ‘bless you Moe French.’
“You know very well who,” Regina spat, “Mr. Gold and his nosey attorney.”
“Now why would Mr. Gold visit me?” Mr. French asked a little indignant, “the man is haughty, and consumed with the worst kind of pride, and greed. No, He wouldn’t come to see me.”
‘He paints him quite the villain,’ Eve said to herself, ‘still it suits my purposes.’ She heard Regina move towards the door, quick as a flash Eve was away from that door and over where Mr. Gold was.
“Well?” he asked with marked concern
“We have a lasting alliance with Mr. French,” She replied, “but in answer to the question that lay deep in your soul, no I didn’t find anything out about Skylar.” Mr. Gold sat down in a chair his head hung in defeat, Evelyn had only seen him like this once before and that was the anniversary of when he had lost Belle the first time. His shoulders began to quake, he was crying! Shamus Anthony Gold was crying over a love he lost years ago. Eve wrapped her arms around her dear friends shoulders, and just held him.

"Tamera, darling, you were no where to be found all this morning," Regina pryed that evening, "where were you?" Tamera looked out the window of the dining hall," I can't possibly see why you would need to know where i was this morning." she replied quietly. "Well,I am to be your step mother soon," Regina answered," I simply thought that I should try to step into my responsibilities early."
Tamera let out a scornful laugh," and you think that knowing where i am is your responsibility? Foolish mortal, I am older than you, and what I do with my time is in fact my business." Tamera answered harshly. Regina regaurded her step daughter to be with a critical eye, "Don't make the mistake of thinking that i can't find out your secrets, because if I can find a weakness in Rumplestiltskin finding out your petty secrets will be childs play." the queen answered. Tamera was silent for a moment,'Rumplestiltskin has a weakness? No, it can not be so. unless...'
"He's not one to be trifled with, lass, and be for warned niether am I." Tamera said as she walked towards the door," I leave you with a parting question, one i hope you'll will take seriously, let's say that you can find my secrets, what then? More to my point, what would stop me from discovering yours? shall we start with your first husbands death? or perhaps deeper. Food for thought."
After leaving the dining hall Tamera retiered to her room, from there she vanished to the glade where she practiced her magic,"You're becoming quite good." a voice she had learned to recognize the first night she heard it said.
"I thought you weren't coming untill my hundredth birthday," She replied with a small grin on her face," Rumplestiltskin."
On any other day Rumplestiltskin would have shared in her mirth, but this day he just couldn't bring himself to. It felt as if something had taken his spirit.Tamera caught this, "What is the matter?" she asked stepping closer, as he shyed away.
"It's nothing." He replied his voice thick for some reason, his lips quivering slightly
"Pash te' un selivmai en kishte sunamere." she said gently
"what does that even mean?" he asked blinking furiously, for he would NOT cry in front of this youngling elf. She looked at him with such a pitying look, as she answered,"to tell a friend of a trouble is the greatest of blessings."
The tears began to fall, tears that Rumplestiltskin had kept at bay for so long came pouring out as well as his troubles.
"Belle,"he whispered,"Baelfire please come back." Tamera came closer to Rumplestiltskin and held him,and he did not stop her.

"I will not do it!" Mr. Gold exclaimed, fury creeping into his voice, "Mark that now ,Evelyn McGinnis, I'll not do it!" Eve sat on the oposite side of the table from Mr. Gold calmly examining her nails, and occassionally taking a swig of tea, waiting for her friend's rant to end. "The fact is ,Shamus,"she said when he was finally done, "the time where you had a choice in the matter is past, now you can either be Ms. Blancher's substitute for a few days, or you can help the nuns, and knowing your history with nuns i'm thinking you'll choose the first option." Mr. Gold hung his head, he knew he had to do this... Community service thing... or Eve wouldn't be able to help him out of any more trouble he may get into. "I'll be at Henry's school first thing in the morning." He said finally.
"I thought you'd see things my way." she replied, "And if it's any consolation, I'll be there to help you with teaching." He looked up at her, surprise evident on his face, "I didn't know you helped at the school."
"It's on my resume." she answered with a small grin. It was at that moment that Mr. Gold resolved to read his employee's resume's more thoroughly. "Alright then, I assume that you will be able to aid me in this misadventure?" Gold asked hopefully
"Yes, as a matter of fact I'll be more than able to." Eve replied, giving her friend a winning smile, and a small laugh. despite the annoyance of having to do community service, Mr. Gold felt some what better at the thought of Evelyn being there with him. he didn't know when it had happened but this young woman became almost like family to him. "thank you," He said finally, "I have no doubt that I'll need it." Evelyn placed her hand on his and gave it a reassuring squeeze, and said as she stood up to leave, "I've seen you around children before, Shamus, there is no doubt in my mind that you will do just fine." After leaving Mr. Gold Evelyn ran into none other than August, the writer. Evelyn had no small reservation about this man, to her anyone who simply breezes into town and hides almost all of his information wasn't the kind of man she trusted. "Hello there," he said as he walked up,"I've seen you around town, but saddly i never had the time to introduce myself." Evelyn looked the young man over, as he was talking, he was handome enough, tall, lean features somewhat covered by his scraggley beard, but his eyes were what drew her attention though,'brown.' she thought, 'almost like Bealfire.'
"you're called August right?" she asked suddenly
"Yup."
"I'm Evelyn McGinnis." she said as she began to walk around him, "I hate to be rude except i have to help a substitute tomorrow, so nice to meet you August gotta go."
