Inner Monologue
Rated: E | Other | Educational | #1854812
How we can shut down Negative Inner Monologue by building self-acceptance.
Self-criticism is a toxic Monologue."You did it wrong again!" It scares us with constant worries about the future, and we become a self-fulfilling prophacy. This causes us to make ourselves unhappy. We can turn off this Negative Internal Monologue with Affirmations or increased attention to what we are doing, " I do love myself, and I accept myself, I go with God." I am one with nature. And so it is.
