How we can shut down Negative Inner Monologue by building self-acceptance.
Self criticism is a toxic monologue we drag with us. We tell ourselves,"You did it wrong again!" We repeat this to our inner thoughts, and we keep on beating ourselves up over things we think we may have done wrong. It scares us with constant worries about the future and we become a self fulfilling prophecy. Most of us are guilty of becoming what we think.

What we think we are, we become. This is the self fulfilling prophecy and  this causes us to make our selves unhappy, insecure, worried about everything we do. Defeat those negative internal monologues with  positive affirmations and  increase attention to what we are doing to keep on repeating to yourself until you believe, " I do love myself, I am responsible for my feelings and I accept myself, I go with God. I will be one with nature. And so it is."
