14 March PAD Chazz Effect Poem
Like the Pied Piper, we followed him home each day. |
| Prompt 3: Write a Chazz Effect Poem The poem consists of 9 lines. Take a one syllable word and use it in each line of the poem. The syllable count is 14-10-9-7-5-3-2-2-`1 The rhyme scheme is a, a, b, b, c, c, d, d, e The poem should be centered. "Grandfather" Home from saw mill, we met his city bus and filed behind. Ages varied but allegiance defined. Proud we marched, his band of patriots, quick-steppers fitting all slots. Followed our Piper; quicksilver, giggly, haply Home! Well, I failed to follow rules for this poem, but decided to leave it as is. I forgot to use a common word in each line. |
