a dark tale of overcoming heartbreak and addiction.
It's a dark and dirty road

that has lead her to the

tear stained cheeks and

sore feet.

She falls to the ground,

her white dress covered

in mistakes from yesterday's

misery.

Even when it was bad, he

still gave her the attention

that she starved herself of.

She pulls out the bottle

that holds a tiny white

moment of escape. A

moment to forget who

she is.

Floating through the air,

the clouds feel like pure

silk between her

fingers.

She starts to drift and

fall back to earth at an

alarming rate, forcing

her wake up and face

tomorrow.

A beautiful, broken boy

sits in the dirt where she

once was.

She wanders to him,

holding out her hand

for him to take.

Suddenly, they don't

feel so alone in this

desolate town.

She doesn't feel so

alone with him around.
