Too late.

She smiles,
only to hide her tears.
Her parents know whats wrong.
They say they have tried eveything they possibly can.
You can never go too far.

At school she tries.
she tries to fit in.
The more she tries,
the harder it gets.

She hates her life.
She hates living in fear.
She knows that they have the power.

Only the low self esteem kids she hears.
Why she cant stand up?
Who knows.
Maybe,
just maybe its a little too hard now.
They have dug her hole way too deep.
She cant find her way out.
They tell her lies,
she makes them out to be true.

Again she tries to be like everyone else.
She fails.
She thinks she is alone.
No one tried to help her.
She went too far.

A day later her parents find her.
They find her in her closet...
tied to rope wrapped across her neck.
Her mother kneels down and says its her fault.
That they could have helped more.
They could have tried harder.
Too late.
