Everlasting Life

Hast thou no shame to blame my Lord

on this cross so bare knurled with age,

hacked down in the Garden of Eden

by Satin the lying wicked serpent,

slithering hiding his evil deeds

waiting to roam the earth.

Blessed are the merciful

in the kingdom of heaven,

for they shall be comforted

in hunger after righteousness,

the peacemakers for God on high -

“Blessed are ye when men revile you,

you are the salt of the new earth above,

thenceforth a city of angels singing hymns

in holy words of old, glorifying your Father ..”

“For verily I say unto you, this is the truth

seeing the multitudes with the disciples,

for they shall inherit long lasting life

with Jesus my son come down,

casting nets in the shallows.

There he will walk on water

in the new sea of Galilee

no fear of failure anymore,

his hands with nail marks

healed by my mighty power.

Creating signs for the seasons

light from darkness called Night,

this new Morning, your everlasting life...”
