How Happy
Rated: 13+ | Poetry | Relationship | #1875570
a poem about caring for someone, doing anything for them.
He rubs her hands between his when she tells him that she's shivers, when she sighs that she's cold.
He moves her hair from her neck and blows a cool breeze across her skin when she whispers that she's too warm.

He wraps his arms around her when she says that she can't help but feel the loneliness.
He promises that he's only a few feet away when she needs her space to breathe, to remember who she is.

He bring water to her lips when she searches for a drink, when she feels she'll die of thirst.
He takes her to beautiful restaurants and orders all of her favourite meals when her stomach growls with hunger.

He guides her by the hand to the mountains when she cries that she just feel so damn low.
He keeps his feet on the ground and holds her hand when she fears she'll drift off into the sky forever.

He tells her he loves her and no one will ever change the way he feels.
She whispers him she loves him and no one will ever know how happy he's made her.
