A lost child is found and cared for.
Savior
by Tristan Weiland

Lost in the night
Astray without a home
An empty heart beating
Feeling so alone

I found you in a nightmare
Stranded with your dreams
Unfulfilled, you're falling down
No one near to hear you scream

An angel falling from the skies
No halo and a broken wing
The shadows falling all around
Raining down comes everything

Come to me, little girl
Hopeless child without a prayer
Place your tiny hand in mine
I'll save you from the cold night air

Little orphan, speak to me
Where have you come from?
Who has left you all alone?
For this, what have you done?

I'll welcome you into my home
Feed you with my love
Go rest now, close your eyes
You'll need help from above

Silence now, little one
Everything will be alright
You're safe with me, I'll keep you warm
Protected from the night
