Another day, another feeling, mixed feelings at that. Words flow, so does the rhyme.
I was waiting for you,
By the stream,
Watching the waters flow by,
As the sunlight gleamed.

My words fail me,
Thought I was clear in my head,
Wished for a moment,
That you’d never come there.

What would I say to you,
To make you feel what I feel,
What could I show you,
To tell you that it’s real.

Maybe I should go back,
To the place that we started,
Find my own way back,
To the reason that we parted.

What would I say to you,
To make you feel what I feel,
What could I show you,
To tell you that it’s real.
