My Dear Lord

When my mind is in ague He clears
All the cobwebs of my mind with His love,
A love that is ample and eternal,
A love that is boundless and unbiased,
A love that engulfs even the venom
Of a sinner and showers His blessings.

Oh Lord come to me and cradle me with
Your Holy Arms and wrap me with Your sweet
Love that is immaculate and divine.
Oh God make me feel the celestial bliss,
A spell-binding happiness that transcends
all barriers and that is unending.

You are the only staunch that I cling to
You are my friend who shares all my sorrow
And assuages with Your magic wand.
You are the only umbrella of love
That supports me through all the thick and thin.
I bow to You and surrender to You.
