Cardinal High Poem
Rated: 13+ | Poetry | Teen | #1881006
Classical poem based upon my short story #1880963 Cardinal High.
Angry eyes followed Dave like a hawk.

Bent upon capturing her prey.

Commanding her conquest,

Determined she clutched his breast.

Everyone knew Mel would be pluck.

Foe to crush Mel under her talons,

gone like all her kin

he belonged to her gang

Inching in next to kill

Jumping against his arm

kissing his ear, “You get…Karen?”

Lust pops in his organ

Mouth desiring to attack

Now, his desire to taste

Open eyes real they may get caught

Pausing, taking a deep breath, backing away

“Quick, Yeah…. what do you not get?”

Retreat, yet again he pulls away

Stalking in on her prey,

Tasting her certain gain

Uncomfortable the caged bird wishes to flee,

Victory is hers, his shoulders slump in defeat,

“Wait, this study goes no further

Xerox the page, if you must.”

Yelling, she leaves a peck upon the cheek,

“Zooweeeeee!!!!!!!!! That man is mine!
