Each Day
Rated: E | Poetry | Experience | #1881564
This is the fist time I've submitted anything here. Hope you like it.
Live each day as though it were your last,
Cause life is hard and life is fast.
The sun will rise and it will fall,
Days pass to years for one and all.

So take time to see this world of ours,
Stop at the roadside smell the flowers.
Listen to each little bird that sings,
See each and every lovely thing.

Take time to love your fellow man,
Take time to run upon the sand.
Do all these things because you see
We only get this time to be.

And in the end you're sure to know,
Like fireflies we lose our glow.
Life is fleeting there's no time to stall,
For days pass to years for one and all.
