Something which might be just a tad syruppy
It's that time of the year
a hint of of sadness
but beautiful nevertheless
I sit and remember
the early valentine months
and who can forget
the hot summer ones
I loved you once
and think you loved me
but with each falling leaf
makes it a distant memory
Now, the coming of winter
and I can clearly feel
that chilly nip is in the air
telling me it soon will be
an end of a wonderful year
