Under my skin.
I tremble. Any moment now I could wake up. My whole life a dream. What happens then? Does fate bestow the honour Of the chance to sleep again. Another chance to write my wrongs To take the different paths. Am I that lucky? Or Do I sit and wait. An eternity of blackness Enveloping me like a thick blanket. That I inhale The frosty deep mist filling my lungs Until I am one with the darkness. Forever.
