Fine Lines

Take my hand, turn it over, trace fine lines
Open your eyes, wider into mine, dispel doubt.
I am as human as he or she or it.
Put your ear here, listen.
A drum, quickening
Feel it rise and fall,
Synchronized breaths,
We are the same.
Rise from my side,
Hear the satiated sigh,
Silence your head,
From a whispering recollection of touch,
The Trembling fine lines,
between your hand and mine
