Early morning walking
Another crimson dawn The morning chill soon dissipating With the rising Sun Starlings shrill calling As I walk along My thoughts dwell on emptiness I remember others say I'm strong Tears well, I witness God's glory His love touches me also Surely, why else would he show me a morning so full of beauty I wonder and my life continues on There are times while walking I can't feel my empty heart song It is then my heart is touched By the warm rays of God's rising sun I embrace the peace He offers with another crimson dawn Originally Written: 25 May 1991 Final Revision: 14 July 2001
