I try to get him to
Talk,
But his mouth won't move
And
Tears fill his eyes.

I Start to sob out of
Frustration,
And he grabs me to him
And holds on tight,
Crying all of his emotions out
Onto my shoulders.

Finally he looks at
Me.
The shadows in his eyes have lessened,
Only to be replaced by
regret.

He touches my face
Tenderly,
Sniffling from time to time.
He smiles sadly and says
"I'll always love you"

Then he kisses my head,
Says goodbye and
Turns away
Leaving me alone
With eyes full of rain.
