Simple spheres of romance

just a free verse poem. I hope you like it.

Hazy eyes looked through the smoky room and met my own,
She was softly wearing the ambiance on her sleeve,
And forgetting all that happened to her in her daydream day,
Where she was so lost, now she has found a space in unreality,
Thanks to cannabis sativa, tendrils of smoke drifting up
To the ceiling where we would end up dancing in fantasy
Hanging from a chandelier together, holding on to one another,
Terraforming the night to be habitable, our spirits shone
Together, one by one we went outside to count the stars above,
Innumerable simple spheres exist side by side,
Then we kissed, pressing lips onto lips, tongues dancing together
Like serpents, vanishing into smoke.
