Thank you for a grand affair
You held your own on step and stare
Your presence helped me last the night,
A perfect date, to my delight.

Oh yes, you hero of the evening
A rescue planned should be so scheming
First time we met, blind date of sorts
You gallantly held steady course.

As evening pressed and guests arrive
Most cautiously gave you the eye
Perhaps an eyebrow raised, or two,
But your strength proudly shown true.

Such a dashing couple, we;
Compliments barring oddity
Full of charm you danced with all
Spilled not a drop of false alarm.

So proud was I to have you there
To decorate my grand affair.
Nodding heads in approving gesture
Left us alone, your final tester.

Anxious for the guests to part,
A hunger burning in my heart.
With hesitance, you understand,
I reached and took you by the hand

Steadily I laid upon
Desire growing like the dawn
In my hands you stood so firm
No flimsy fall apart return

No early spills or cheap laps thrill
I dug right in, could not be still
And slowly, if propelled by fate
I felt your circumference gyrate

What turned into a one-night stand
To end such greed on my command.
But I thank you dear, fantastic date,
Most handsome dish, my paper plate!
