Alone, secluded
So near, yet so far Alluring blanket Conceal my sorrow Warm my senses Delight my soul Invisible shroud Quilt of nothing Hands reaching, stretching Fingers almost touching Crag of serendipity Space of limitations Void called life Steal my breath Gasping, cold faceless Captive in a cage of sighs Sunny days Warm, fiery nights Will find their way They know the path Untouchable So near, so far away Within the reach Love’s lightning
