A monster, a witch and a ghost,
Lived with a precarious host. The monster would boast, ‘I like blood with my toast.’ And the host, he would surely make most. The host was a Devil-may-care, Who kept house with his evil-glare stare ‘Leave a mess and your dead!’ The creature oft said. Guests laughed at his off color dare. The witch it seems was a meanie, Who ate pies all germy and greenie. No pointy hat here, The problem was clear, On her head wore a very tight beanie. Of the ghost, it was said he could fly, Or at least they say he would try. From the roof, pitch a fit, So mad he could spit, On broom handle the ghoul did rely Though the monster, the witch, and the ghoul All for children would slobber and drool, They kept themselves straight, (Claimed watching their weight) But delighted in ‘treats’ after school! So monster, and ghostie, and witch Happily ever after did pitch Their latest creation An ice cream sensation ‘Sunday Schoolers’ from which they got rich!
