~Perfect Image~ Quizmo LaGrande Mirror, mirror, who’s that I see, Imagine looking just like me? But that’s not me, at whom I stare, That’s someone I know who cares. Yes, you there, person I reflect, You show yourself some self respect. You have a dignity and grace, It shows, it shines upon your face! I see a beaming smile there, I see a joy, though life’s unfair. Through a veil of saddened tears I see the strength beyond your fears. How can you know as you reflect, My every wish and happiness, How can you comfort only me, Lovely image that I see? You, looking glass that knows the truth, That of past and prime and youth, Dear vanity, I pray to be The perfect image that I see. . ~~***~~
