Oh Lord that I would laugh today,
That this day would find some joy. Even when I hurt and cry, I know, I know that You're nearby. The wind is your breath upon my face. The sun holds the warmth of your embrace. In the clouds, unreachable, and in the leaves that fall... I know, I know, You control it all. Thank you Lord for your Loving Son. Thank you Lord, that You're the one... who wills that I shall laugh this day... who always sends Your joy my way. who fills me up deep inside... with joy that overflows and I... ...and I... can help someone to laugh today... so they may find some joy.
