Nowhere To Hide
Evil lurks around every corner...

The blade of the knife gleams
In the pale silver moonlight
A figure creeps through the shadows
Almost out of sight

He lurks through the undergrowth
Searching for his prey
His intentions
Too evil to say

He spots his victim
So innocent and good
He begins his hunt
CRACK! He steps on a piece of wood

His victim is now alert
Her mind starts to race
Out of the corner of her eye
She can see his evil face

She begins to panic
He’s right behind
She has nowhere to go
Nowhere to hide

He raises the knife
With its newly sharpened blade
He closes in on his victim
Too far gone to save

She frantically searches for escape
Though she knows she's doomed
He grows closer, she cries
For her soul will soon be consumed

He now has her cornered
He grins from ear to ear
She looks in his eyes and sees evil
All he sees is fear

He lunges forward
With knife in hand
Stabs her in the chest
She falls gently onto the sand

He raises the knife
Stabs her many more times
He sits and watches the life
Fade from her eyes

Suddenly he hears a noise behind him
A steady throaty growl
Now the hunter is being hunted
By another evil so foul

The stench of blood
Made another creature feel alive
When this creature has bloodlust
Nobody survives

The hunter with eyes so evil
Now shivers with fear
For he knows he'll soon be dead
At the hands of the creature so near

The creature opens its mouth
Revealing long bloody teeth
It looks at the hunter
Then the corpse underneath

It growls with excitement
And lunges at its prey
In that one swift movement
The hunters life fades away

After the creature was finished
It stood will an evil grin
It walked away laughing
For it knew only the vilest wins
