MY PERFECT DAY My perfect day. Why, this is fun, And if I could have it, This would be just the one. My day would start with the dawn breaking, And I would wake without my heart aching, The reason for that is easy to see, Because as I wake you are next to me. I stop and drink you in, As on your face I see a grin, Your perfect, nay, lovely lying there, Without a worry, without a care. My day gets more perfect as it goes on, With you on my arm and in my heart a song, We'll breakfast on rosepetal, honey & wine. Oh! Won't this day be so divine. The rest of the day in your arms I'd be; A wonderful place for a man such as me. I'd love to tell you the rest of my day, But it's a g rating, so alas, I can't say.
