I am the spectator
I live others' lives yet I have none I enjoy others' happiness yet I have none myself I see you and your friends And through you I see friendship For a spectator can have none They're not in the game They can't do what the players can Spectators only see the fouls and the homeruns They don't make them Acting in the world isn't for spectators It's for players and referees Those who know Those who feel without fear Those who are brave enough to stand out While the spectator watches.
