Oriana, you're so beautiful,
So why can't you see,
That I can't let you go
Even if you don't belong to me?
Oriana, you're like an angel,
You're like a flower I want to hold,
But I know I can't touch you...

Oriana, can't we make it better?
Can't we start this all again?
I don't want to lose you as a lover,
But I don't want to lose you as a friend.
I'm like a little, hopeless child without you....

So Oriana, what does it matter?
We can't change what has been done.
Maybe some day we can grow together,
If we don't shade eachother from the sun.

Oriana, I can't take this silence.
Please don't ignore me like I'm not here.
I don't want to make you unhappy
For seeing you cry is my biggest fear.
I only want you happy, Oriana,
That's all I've ever wanted for you...

So Oriana, what does it matter?
We can't change what has been done.
We were foolish to live the life we did,
But we were happy, we were young.

So maybe, Oriana, if we focus on it enough,
We can get by all of this together,
We are strong, we are tough.
Maybe, Oriana, just maybe you can smile again.
I can't make you my lover,
But I can't stop being a friend.

So Oriana, what does it matter?
We can't change what we did then.
Oriana, can't we make this better,
Can't we start this all again?
