"Marry Me"

If you tell me to leave there won't be a fight
It won't take long and I will be out of your sight
Maybe I should have known we had no chance
Live together man and wife in a great romance

So you don't want any strings attached to you
You want to be free so no one can boss you
I can not wait forever until you finally decide
Whether you want all my love or leave it aside

Eventually a candle flame is certain to burn out
Sure one of these days your love won't count
We have lived together for the past few years
I think that is long enough to decide my dear

My dear if you don't feel the same way as me
I'LL be on my way and I will let you be free
I will not beg you to stay here and marry me
That would be no good for you and not for me

Our love must be strong enough for a preacher
Without any strings just love as our teacher
It is up to you dear your freedom or a marry me
Time to make up your mind which way will it be

They say that time will eventually heal all pain
Eventually the sunshine will replace the rain
If you let the chance for our love pass you by
Then you'll lose my true love I hold deep inside

Come here my dear let me hold you in my arms
Let me feel the presence of all of your charms
I promise to always love you sweet lady of mine
The sun forever shine in your heart and in mine
